One thing about Entourage's linking of messages to contacts which is
annoying is that E seems to link the messages via the email address and not
via the name of the contact.
I have a few customers (small businesses) which still have only one email
address for the whole company (we're still a bit backward around here). E
links the messages to different people with the same email address to only
one of the contacts with that address.
Any solutions?
TIA
