First make sure that there are no unread messages by sorting by read/unread
by clicking on the Blue Star Column name. (I seem to have a lot of people
with screwball mail servers or mail clients set to dates in 1940 and 1918. I
miss those sometimes)..
If you don't have any messages, just do a database rebuild by holding down
the option key while opening up Entourage. Do a typical rebuild. That should
do it.
