Hi Kevin,
Just maybe you do. If I were you I'd look at it first. Write an applescript that says
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
open every message of in box folder whose read status is untouched
end tell
If nothing happens, it could just be that somehow you moved an unsent _outgoing_ message (a draft) in there from the Drafts folder. It may be bolded because it’s unsent, not unread.
Try
tell application "Microsoft Entourage"
select main window
set displayed feature of main window to inbox folder
set selection to (every outgoing message of in box folder whose delivery status is unsent)
end tell
Or replace the last long line with
open (every outgoing message of in box folder whose delivery status is unsent)
Or just click the status column in the Inbox and see if you see any yellow “outgoing message” type icons there.
