Hmm, I never thought anyone would do that... however, there are real
problems trying to map data from the palm and back... needless to say, and
I've said this many times, the real solution is for Palm to allow for
extensibility in the address book.

There is documentation about this on MacTopia. Basically you need to create
all the categories on the Palm. You don't have to assign records to those
categories on the Palm though. We map same named categories from the Palm to
Entourage.

Check the Palm hotsync log. How many notes do you have?
