I notice that you have removed the double-dash-plus-single-space-plus-carriage-return demarcation line that defines a signature (that’s why I’m stuck with your entire signature in this reply instead of it automatically disappearing when I click Reply). What happens if you put it back in to all your signatures, at the top? Changing accounts will then only remove the old signature, not the message too. I’ve just changed accounts, with different signatures, twice while writing this message and didn’t lose a single line or character. Things are there for a reason, you know! You seem to have shot yourself in the foot by removing the double-dash. Don’t forget the single space after it before you press return.
Well - you learn something new every day. Thanks Paul.
Is this a standard demarcation for signatures in messages or specific to Entourage? I couldn’t find any reference to it in the online help but I may be having an off-day!
Anyway it seems to work
