Much to my surprise, yes I do get normal cursor action on the right hand
columns if I move the window halfway off the left side of the screen. Not
very handy but I rarely move column sizes, it'll do.

Hmmm. I still can't seem to resize the columns on the right side, even
ignoring whatever feedback I'm getting. I tried and only could either select
the column to the left or right of the division.

I appreciate the feedback. It's nice to know I'm not taking the pioneer
arrows and what I witnessed has been replicated. For now, moving the main
window to the left to get to the columns divisions will suffice, although I
hope you can isolate this behavior in the future.
