Title: Palm synchronization problems

I have been having problems synching my palm pilot since installing E’rage.  I have re-installed Palm Desktop 2.6.1, checked conduit settings, erased entire contents of Palm.  The synchronization makes it to the backup portion of the addresses and then freezes the Mac and reports a lost communication on the Palm.

Any ideas?
