I think you may merely have a damaged preference file. If this is the case,
you need only move your preferences file from your Documents:Microsoft User
Data:Office 2001 Identities:Main Identity folder to the trash, then re-start
Entourage. It will require you to re-enter some information about your
e-Mail account, but then it should work.
