Ted:
I've upgraded a couple of Palm users to Entourage and all of them have had
problems synching their calendar for the first time. The only solution was
to purge old events from the Palm. In all cases, purging events older than
4 weeks cleared everything up.
BTW this is a common problem with Palm synchronization when large amounts of
data are moving between the Palm and Mac. I'm not sure if it's the conduits
or Hot Synch Manager. There have been similar problems in the past with the
OE conduit, AvantGo and a few others.
