You do not need a script for this; use the Tools menu "Schedules" option.
You should find an entry there that comes with Entourage called "Empty
Deleted Items Folder". You can edit this to change the number of days and
the time at which Deleted Items is emptied; you can also add additional
folders, including Sent Items.
