Entourage uses the correct APIs that should be pointing to the real
Documents folder. I'm not sure why you might be seeing something different.
Verify that you don't have an alias in the preferences pointing to the wrong
documents folder. If you don't, I'm not sure what might be going on. One
solution might be to add aliases to everybody's preferences folder.
