Font size outgoing mail

I use Entourage for my email, however, everyone at work uses Quickmail Pro.
They are telling me that they receive my messages in a print that is very
tiny and hard to read. I went into Edit/preferences/mail-news and switched
the mail format to plain text. Is that the solution, or is there another
way?
