What error would that be?
Looking back at your previous messages, I note that the subject included a
reference to 4362 which is officially "Unknown error".

Does this happen with all *.wav files (including ones that are known to have
previously worked), only with files you are attempting to extract via
Enoutourage, or even if you're attempting to simply open pre-existing *.wav
file with Entourage out of the picture?
Try checking in:
Control Panels->File Exchange
and looking for any relevant entries. You should see mapping *.wav to
Quicktime Player. Similarly in:
Control Panels-Internet-Advanced pane->File Mapping
You can also go to:
Control Panels-Quicktime Settings->Browser Plugin-MIME Settings
and verify that this looks correct.
Theoretically, all three locations point to the same data store, but there
are subtle variations in the presentations.
You've not providied sufficent information to attempt to actually resolve
your problem...so this is the best I can do at the moment.
