Finally, trash the Microsoft Office 2001 folder in your Applications folder (first saving any templates you created), then do a custom install of Mac Office 2001, deselecting Entourage. Do not install QuickView.
Or, an easier method would be to simply delete Entourage from the Office 2001 folder.
