Yes Adam - Entourage skips my Palm user file on import every time, so I keep
a template in Entourage just for my Palm contacts. That's a big one - and
as you mentioned, just a few more. I don't think we're trashing the
product.
1. Calendar view should show a Task List containing, to do's on the day of,
undone to do's, and to do's with no date at all. Notice that Tasks with no
date only show up in the Task List only, and not in any kind of Custom task
list criteria you can configure. I think the calendar view could be
configured thru criteria to represent what I'm describing above. Presently
the task list in the Calendar view represents nothing to me.
2. Every New Task should have a 'carry forward if not done' checkbox.
3. Quickview obviously needs some changes. It's got to show due, and
overdue items - not the total task list. Or preferences for Quickview to
shut off tasks entirely.
4. When deleting a repeating task, the warning messages defaults to "delete
all occurrences". It should default to "only this occurrence". This would
save a mouse click.
