How do I get Entourage (and Office 2001 in general) from capitalizing
"iBook" at the beginning of a sentence?! Whenever I try to start an email
subject with the word "iBook" it auto-capitalizes it for me to "Ibook". I
don't want to turn sentence auto-capitalization off completely, as it does
help me with my poor typing often, I just want to make this case an
exception.

I went into Word, to the "AutoCorrect" tab in the "AutoCorrect" dialog box
and clicked on "Exceptions...", but none of the options apply. The first set
of exceptions, "First Letter", is for words ending in a period after which
you wouldn't want to capitalize a word. The second set of exceptions,
"INitial CAps" is for allowing 2 caps at the beginning of a word (i.e.
IBook). The third set, called "Other Corrections" looks promising, but when
you try to enter the word "iBook" and click the "Add" button, the word
"ibook" is actually what is entered.

Help!?
