See if this works:
1. Open a new email message.
2. In the body of the message, type: iBook
3. If you have your spellcheck settings set to correct as you type, that
word will appear with a wavy line underneath it. Right-click on that line
and from the drop down menu, choose "Add" to add your own spelling of iBook
with the lower case capital letter and it should stop correcting it.
