Actually I created a different set: Work1, Work2, Fax, Mobile. I know it's
limiting but it perfectly transferred to Entourage using the Entourage Palm
import template. For other types of numbers I put them in one of the above
anyway and then either lived with the mapping or changed a few manually in
Entourage.
