I appreciate the suggestion... Reinstalling the standard fonts/changing the
font pref to other faces does not change the display.

FWIW, I can make a new folder called "Inbox" and have it appear just fine.
Additionally, other elements of the software (e.g., "Open '???'" in the
contextual menu) also show the folder name as "???". It really looks like
Entourage has decided to rename the folder. Perhaps I just need to take it
as an existential statement on life...
