Since we're on the OT topic of Monitor settings, has anyone ever figured out
a way to removed most of the monitor settings? 3/4's of mine simply aren't
available, yet are listed anyways. I've always used only 3 settings.

Any way to get rid of the rest?

I'm on a 20" HP.
