OK. Fair enough. I am pretty sure that the MS team is working to/has corrected the duplicate categories problem for an update release, but I too wish that tasks would roll-over in the calendar view (assuming that is what you are referring to). In the end, the benefits of the rest of Erage over PalmDesktop made it a cinch for me to use Erage and just open the Tasks window when I needed the complete list.
Once they have a fix, then I will review the situation. Till then, I need an applescript solution. I have take a shot at it using some existing scripts, but have not solved the phone label problem.
