I have posted an update to Duplicate Calendar Events script at
AppleScript Central
<http://www.applescriptcentral.com/>
v1.2.1 fixes a bug in v1.2 which failed with the open-event-window method
when there was more than one event with the same name.
It now works properly with the "easy" method.
Duplicate Calendar Events 1.2.1
Unfortunately, there is no way to duplicate an existing Calendar event from
one day to another by dragging it to a day in the calendar, or copying and
pasting. Nor is there a Duplicate menu item as there is for Tasks, Notes, or
Messages. Here is something almost as good. You select the event in the
Calendar, and run the script to make the duplicates, complete with title,
location, description notes, categories, and links to everything the
original was linked to plus all the other events with the same title. They
will all appear in the Calendar in an instant, in the color of their
category.
New in v1.2.1: fixes a bug in v1.2 which failed with the open-event-window
method when there was more than one event with the same name.
New in v1.2: a much easier way to duplicate the correct event when there's
more than one of the same name just open it from the calendar and select
the one of that date from a list presented to you.
As with v1.1, v1.2.1 duplicates All-Day and Multi-Day Events (the ones with
the nice banners)
