If you've ever synched (sank?) your pda and loaded it with contacts you
didn't need (or want) in the list, then you know the hassle of turning them
off manually in the contact entry.
As a way to avoid that frustration and to learn a bit about scripting
entourage, I have three very short (very fast) scripts that are a most
beautiful thing.
I don't know the rules about posting these ditties, so if you want them,
just e-me off the list and I'll send them.
( Or if Paul B's auto-reply script allowed attachments...
then I'd have a mini-mail-file-server on my hands... ;-)
