Palm Syncing Question

Quick question... I've been syncing my Palm with Entourage successfully for
quite some time, however, I just noticed that only one of the two addresses
seems to transfer in the sync process on many of my 600 entries.  Can anyone
suggest a way to get both home and work addresses to sync?
