If you like that way of doing things but don't have TypeIt4Me, you can  do
the same (and more economically, too: only 3 keys to press, not 7) by
getting my "Account & Signature Shortcuts" scripts at

It lets you assign a shortcut to each signature. By a rather innovative
technique I've only used this one time, the installer scripts actually just
let you type the shortcuts you want, and it checks to make sure that neither
Entourage itself nor any other scripts you've installed have already taken
that shortcut. If you ever forget it, you can easily check for the shortcut
by looking in the scripts menu for the name of the signature: the shortcut
will be recorded next to the name.
