You know, at first I thought this would be easy with a simple script that
could be modified for each sig. Just set an outgoing rule to watch for the
list address, and then set the sig. Simple. But I don't think you can do
that! Two big reasons:

1. When I look for signature in the dictionary, it belongs to the "draft
window" and not to "outgoing message" class. You cannot get or set the sig
for an outgoing message, only for a draft window. That means that, in order
to change the sig, you have to do so while it is open in a draft window. I
guess that makes sense.

2. Outgoing rules are applied <after> a message is sent, not before. Darn!

The only way I can see to make something like this work would be to have a
script that you can trigger while the draft window is open, that would alter
the sig on the current message according to its recipient address. You'd
still have to remember to trigger it. Or, you could use Paul's scripts to
set the account according to the addressee, and then set up dummy (SMTP
only) accounts for each mailing list.
