Did you turn Reminders Off in your Control Strip? That's been known to help
in this matter. ;-)

When I try to rebuild my E'rage database by Option-clicking, I get a message
saying something like "Please close all other Microsoft Office 2001
applications before rebuilding..." But there aren't any other MS apps
running. I even tried disabling the MOM and moving it out of the Control
Panels folder, but E'rage still thinks there is an MS app running
someplace...
