It doesn't sound like the same problem. If you for some reason cancelled
downloading messages, restarted Entourage, then tried to retrieve messages,
it is the same bug.
Is the problem still occurring?
Do you have any Hotmail schedules or rules that may be running when you see
the error?
If you want to send me your account info (id and password) privately, I can
take a look at it to see if Entourage is getting caught on a particular
message. You can change the password later if you prefer.

Thanks for the workaround. Along the same lines, checking hotmail mail is
also a problem. For example, if I click on Bulk email, it will load a small
% of the mail - then stop and produce an error (I forgot what it says),
After I click a few more times It eventually gets it all. Is this the same
bug? Is there a workaround for this too?
BTW: how do you (right-click the account) ???? ... When did the Mac become a
pc ????
