Pcx files

I am increasing receiving excel images from my wintel colleagues, bless
their hearts, that appear in Entourage as attachments with a .PCX extension.

Although I can save these and open them in Photoshop, it seems like
overkill.

Is there an easier way to configure this. Should I configue my explorer
preferences to have PCX files handled by Photoshop and if so will Entourage
honour this setup?
