Actually, a generalization of this may be more useful - to have an option to
prevent a contact from showing up in the address popup list. I to have a
number of personal contacts that I occasionally send email to, but whose
names are close enough to regular contacts that it is annoying to have to be
sure that I am not accidentally sending them email. Several times I have
nearly sent confidential business documents to the wrong address because of
this. 

For example, a closely related company president's last name is Masaki,
which is also commonly used as a first name, thus my friend's name comes up
every time when I need to send mail to the president....
