Paul's script (sent in a message) for removing duplicate recipients might be
adapted for the purpose you describe. It copies the recipient list to a new
list, and before adding a new name, checks to see if it already exists in
the list. You could instead compare the new names you are copying to the
REMOVE list; if you put all the REMOVE E-mail addresses into a <group> in
your address book, it would be easy to pull them up:

set removeList to address of content of every group entry of group
"Remove"

Or, if you just put all the REMOVE emails into a folder that you never
purge, you could dynamically build a list of all the senders and then
compare to that. I think either of those approaches would work faster and
better than using categories.

set removeList to address of sender of every incoming message of folder
"Remove"

I'm not sure Paul posted that script to ASC, so if you can't find it, ask me
off list for a copy. Or ask Paul. OTOH, if you aren't adept at modifying
scripts, you can wait to see if Paul will adapt it for you! (Sorry, Paul.)
