Then I shall amend my statement to "I've not seen any software which offered
to sync online address books; however, other people may have".  Of course,
in my world, the last clause is implicit in every statement.

Or I could note that we were in the context of Entourage, but I don't really
care enough to debate that point.


Still, I would imagine that OE and Hotmail will eventually have the ability
to stay in sync.  They are both Microsoft offerings after all.

I'm not familiar with the service.  That's also a slightly different version
of online than what I was thinking (I was thinking of the portals who are
attempting to "trap" users by holding their data hostage).

Still, it's likely the US 2.5G (and Japan 2G) "networking over cellular
telephone" service providers that will likely push this kind of service to
the end-user.

Certainly the ability to scarf your customer's data to your network will
provide a competitive advantage.
