Database and Messages are the two big files. Copying the Main Identity
folder would let you transfer the Entourage content from one computer to
another. In the MUD folder there are other Office files and folders you
might want to copy such as "Entourage Script Menu Items".

As Dan says you can burst the entire digest. I have a script to extract a
single message if you select it in a digest: see "Message from Digest" in
the "Extract" folder under "Entourage Scripts" on my web site (URL in my
sig). I think it's the same Emailer script, which I ported to Entourage.
