This gives me a hankering feeling. I'd love to be able to use the
"capitalize first letter of sentences" in Entourage as I do in Word, since I
probably omit them about 5% of the time. (I find that since getting an Apple
Pro keyboard - which I really like - a few weeks ago when my original G3 one
went on the blink, I'm fooled by the nice, lighter feel of the keys into not
pressing them hard enough and miss a lot of capitals.) But I can't use it:
writing AppleScript into email messages as I do turns every new line of
script into a "sentence" as far as Entourage is concerned, and it wants to
capitalize every one. Now in Visual basic that would not be a problem, but i
AppleScript it's just not on. It would make me into an illiterate in front
of my peers and betters on the applescript mailing lists. So there we are
(I'm reverting to space-less ellipses here. Allen's right: because the
normal space is larger than the built-in spaces in the built-in "option-;"
ellipsis, it doesn't look good when you leave a space in front of it.)
