Perhaps the version installed by IPNR is slightly different from the version
that AirPort 1.3 installs AND the AirPort installer doesn't overwrite IPNR's
version. It would simply be a case of mismatched extensions. Try disabling
that extension and re-installing AirPort 1.3 to get the proper version of
"AirPort AP" installed.
