So I'm one of the "lucky" ones to get my hands on a new Kyocera 6035
SmartPhone, which is a combination of a Palm Pilot and a Tri-Mode CDMA cell
phone. So far everything about it seems great (size, quality, features, Palm
functionality) EXCEPT: I can't get it to synch with Entourage. Synching with
the Palm Desktop is erratic, but somewhat functional, but there's just no
way that I've found to make synchronization happen with Entourage. Palm tech
support says it's a Microsoft problem (shocked! shocked!); Kyocera tech
support (minimum 45 minutes on hold) is clueless; haven't been able to
figure out Microsoft tech support web site (which category of personal home
dilettante left-handed Eastern European heavy user I am?) to even ask the
question...
Anyone else having the problem? Anyone have any ideas about a solution?
