I didn't put that right there. You _can_ change time sent, but if you're
sending a new outgoing message it will get updated anyway when it's sent.
What I meant was the discrepancy between the Date header as seen in 'source'
with the Date header as seen in 'headers' for an unsent outgoing message, as
I explained in the rest of the message.
