Recently I noticed that several subfolders of my inbox folder were no longer
visible. I proceeded to compact and repair the messsage database which had
no effect. I then returned to an earlier file and recovered the messages and
installed in the current file. Everything seemed to be OK until opened
Entourage the next day and the subfolders were again missing.
What is going on? Is something corrupted? What should I reinstall?
Also, can someone tell me
how Entourage stores messages and how to backup?
What is the difference between the database file, the database cache file
and the messages file?
Must these be stored in the MUD folder?
Can I access individual messages as I would in Eudora?
