it feels not as snappy in Classic compared to 9.1. I thought it was just me
being fussy abt speed but my brother asked me why Entourage feels slower in
Mac OS X without me mentioning anything about it, so it can't be me now :)

Will the upcoming service pack improve Entourage's performance in Classic
and 9.1 while we wait for the Carbon version? I accidentally opened 144
messages the other day and my whole machine (a G4/400, 30MB memory assigned)
was brought to a crawl, Entourage hogged my Mac for a good 8-10 minutes. I
couldn't switch to the background and command-period didn't halt the process
either. In contrast Green email client opened 302 messages in lightning fast
time of 1 min in the background while using Entourage.
