Entourage/IE 5.1 Default Browser

Using Entourage in Classic, when I click on a web link in a message 2 things
can happen.

1 - if IE 5.1 is already open, the site opens in 5.1.

2 - if IE 5.1 is not open, Classic launches 5.0 in Classic to open the site.

Is there any way to direct Entourage to open 5.1 if it hasn't already been
launched?
