Of course you have to take that into account...but <that> is the venue in
which people are seeing OS X and the beta IE! (BTW, "The Computer Store" is
an Apple-only dealer, so it's not like Sears or something.) My point is just
that people are bound to get a poor impression when the think hangs or
crashes a lot.
