Hi, Charles. It seems like the world is slow to discover our wonderful
secret of the Kyocera 6035.

I've been through the mud of the hot synching problem, and am limping along
as follows:

1. It usually helps to do a soft reset before hot synching.
2. IR is more reliable than through the cradle.
3. Synching with Outlook on a PC works fine connected to the serial port but
does not work on the USB adapter.

I've seen the 16388 error as well, but never after a soft reset of the
phone. I do think the developers of the Entourage Conduit owe us an answer
on why this problem persists.
