If it weren't for the USB and Entourage conduit workarounds I find myself
doing, I'd have to give this thing five stars -- it's so great not to have
to carry around a Palm and a phone!

That seems to be a workaround for the Entourage conduit bug -- it's worked
for me twice now.  (I'm calling it a bug because none of my other conduits
have a problem.)

The cradle is working reliably for me -- the only inconvenience is that I
have to start HotSync on the phone before launching the Mac HotSync
application.

It sounds like the cradle's not quite in spec, eh?  I'm going to stay on
Kyocera about this until they create and give me a USB version of the
cradle.   :^)

Well, I've offered to bring the phone over there.  There's not much more we
can do, I guess.
