I found exactly the same problem. I had to reboot, then open IE, Entourage
and Word in that order for things to work. I have not re-opened word to find
out whether this was a once-only problem on first opening word after
installing SR-1 or repeatable, which I hope it is not since the SR-1 was
supposed to solve problems NOT create ones.
