1) I know who Jud Spencer is.

2) My message was not intended as being rude, as my reference to
'speculation' was played off Jud's mention of "I believe" which implies not
being entirely certain. There's nothing wrong with that.

3) Jud's information and friendly reply appeared to confirm (to me, at
least) that he did not take my message as either ude or offense.

4) in the unlikely event that it was taken as such by Jud, I'd like to
apologize in advance, as it was not intended as such.
