Yeah, I've just noticed the same thing this morning after updating to 
10.0.1, my right button works in cocoa & Carbon apps (inc Finder), but 
the software is ignored in the Classic system.

Scroll wheel only works in Cocoa apps, still doesn't work in Finder...
