I just had the same problem. I jacked the preferred memory for Entourage to
100mb and then did the advance rebuild. After failing half a dozen "normal"
rebuilds, this was successful. The only problems I experienced after that
was that a few of my mail folders lost their label color. Oh, and I also
almost had a brain embolism, but other than that everything is great.
