Aside from trying to track down this specific problem, have you thought of
trying out Outlook 2001 for Mac when you're at work (not on the road with
your PB)? It accesses the same Exchange Server as the PCs using Outlook 98
and would give you access to all the shared calendar and contacts features
that you get on your PCs. Since it's still in public beta (although it's
apparently very stable) you can try it out for free. A download site is
linkable from the MS Mac websites. If you do, it would be interesting to
hear whether you still have these printing problems. If so, it might
indicate some sort of font problem - some Windows font not available to the
printer. Are you using a PostScript printer?
