Bill, please let us know if that worked (this was my suggestion). Unless, of
course, you have already left on the trip... ;-0
It should just be a matter of transferring the files, so if it is telling
you that the ID is in use, but Erage is closed go first to the Office
QuickView CSP and turn that off.
