Dear George Clark and other Fellow Entourists,
I'm suffering from a similar problem...sudden non-appearance of images in
the message box...without "applying SR1." Could you please pardon my
illiteracy and illuminate me by spelling out "SR1" before I can begin to
figure out a route to the root of my problem? (Before anyone thinks that I
have changed my Entourage preference settings, I haven't. My settings are
100% intact and worked perfectly till May 21!
An associated problem: suddenly all my incoming html mails appear partially
unformatted. Partially? Bold and large fonts appear bold and large; that's
about all...no images at all...not even as attachments, and no composite or
integrated pages. (I receive images attached to plaintext mails without a
hitch.) Any similar experiences? Solutions?
I spent half a day in vain running Disk First Aid 86, refreshing the hd
driver via Drive Setup 203, zapping my PRAM settings, rebuilding the Desktop
files, running TechTool Pro 302 AND Norton DiskDoctor 6 AND DiskWarrior 21,
throwing out ALL old preferences files, reinstalling OS 91 AND Office 2001.
Help! Many thanks. Ram Ray + PowerBook Titanium + 10gb hd + 256mb RAM +
OS 91 + Entourage 9 with 50,000k allocated memory.
